<br />GRAND ISLAND SOUTH INVESTORS, a Nebraska General Partnership, hereir,

<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />,uder,grout.d cIcctric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through a sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement located in
<br />part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWt4,SW4) of Section
<br />Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; the centerline of said easement being more particularly
<br />described as:
<br />Beginning at a point, four hundred seventeen and one -tenth (417.1)
<br />feet East, and three hundred ninety four and seven- tenths (394.7)
<br />feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southwest Ouarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW4,SW' -4) of said Section Twenty Seven (27):
