<br />NOTICE OF CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that URIDIL FARMS, INC., has sold
<br />and agreed to convey, and PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING CRANE HABITAT
<br />MAINTENANCE TRUST, INC. has agreed to purchase, the following
<br />described real property:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Section Twenty -Three (23);
<br />Lot Three (3) on Island and Lot Eight (8) of County Sub-
<br />division of Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) and
<br />the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S -�SWa) of Section
<br />Twenty -Five (25);
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and
<br />Six (6) on Island, and the South Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (S�NWa), the North Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NhNE�), and Lots One (1) and Two (2) on the Mainland,
<br />Section Twenty -Six (26);
<br />All of the above being in Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which property contains 679.50 acres, more or less, with
<br />98.17 acres of accretion ground thereto, as shown by the
<br />records of the Hall County Assessor's Office, together
<br />with any and all other accretions thereto,
<br />under a Contract for Sale dated the. day of January, 1985,
<br />which provides, among other things, for final payment of the ;E
<br />purchase price on the 15th day of January, 1987, and the appoint-

<br />ment of Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Escrow Agent.'
