To have and to hold the above- described premises unto

<br />and the Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are,free
<br />and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for

<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Omaha National Bank,of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />Personal Representative of the Estate of Hattie Holling, Case
<br />No. 39-102, in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and pursuant to authority granted to it by the Last Will and
<br />Testament of Hattie Holling, and the codicils thereto, and
<br />in further consideration of the power granted to it by the
<br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of
<br />the sum of $45,000 paid to it by Grantee, hereby grants, con-
<br />veys, and confirms unto LEO F. WORTMAN, the following described
<br />premises situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Twenty Two (22),
<br />MacColl and LeFlang's Addition to the City of Wood
<br />River, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said estate in and to the
<br />same, or any part thereof.
