<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
<br />That I, John Holling, of Montgomery County, in the State of
<br />Maryland, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents
<br />do make, constitute and appoint Richard Huhn and Remsen B. Ogilby
<br />or either of them, my true and lawful attorneys or attorney, for me
<br />and in my name, place and stead;
<br />1. To demand, sue for, collect, recover and receive all
<br />goods, claims, debts, moneys, interest and demands whatsoever,
<br />whether evidenced in writing or unevidenced, now due, or that may
<br />hereafter be due, or belong to me, or in which I may have an undivided
<br />interest, and to make, execute and deliver receipts, releases or
<br />other discharges therefor, under seal or otherwise;
<br />2. To make, execute, endorse, accept and deliver any and

<br />all checks, savings withdrawal slips, drafts and notes, and to receive
<br />the proceeds thereof or deposit the same to my account in any bank or
<br />banks, or other depositary, and to withdraw any or all sums of money
<br />which may be deposited in my name or in which I may have an undivided
<br />interest, at any time and in any bank, savings and loan association
<br />or other depositary whatsoever;
<br />3. To pay all sums of money, at any time or times, now owed
<br />or that may hereafter be owing by me, whether unevidenced, or evidenced.
<br />4. To sell any and all deed of trust or mortgage notes,
<br />shares of stock, bonds or other securities now or hereafter belonging
<br />to me, or in which I may have an undivided interest, that may be issued
<br />by any person, association, trust or corporation, whether public or
<br />private, as well as any other property of every kind and description
<br />now belonging or which shall hereafter belong to me, or in which I
<br />may have an undivided interest, and to make, execute and deliver an
<br />assignment or assignments or endorsements of any such deed of trust or
<br />mortgage notes, shares of stock, bonds or other securities, or of any
<br />other property whatsoever, and to vote as my proxy or name another to
<br />vote as my proxy either by mail or in person at any stockholders,
