<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Commercial National Bank and Trust Company, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Hattie
<br />Holling, Case No. 39 -102, in the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and pursuant to authority granted to it by the Last Will
<br />and Testament of Hattie Holling, and the codicils thereto, and
<br />in further consideration of the power granted to it by the County
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$45,000 paid to it by Grantee, hereby grantes, conveys, and con -
<br />firms unto Leo F. Wortman the following described n_remises situated
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Twenty -two (22),
<br />MacColl & LeFlang's Addition to the City of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said estate of, in and to the
<br />same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises unto the
<br />said Leo F. Wortman and to his assigns, heirs forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of
<br />any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes leyied
<br />against the estate of Hattie Holling, deceased, and does" hereby
<br />warrant that it will defend the said premises against lawful claims
<br />and demands of all persons claiming by, through, or under it.
<br />Easements, restrictions, and covenants of record are
<br />excepted from this deed.
<br />In witness whereof, the Commercial National Bank and Trust
<br />Company, Grand Island, 'Nebraska, as Personal Representative of the
<br />Estate of Hattie Holling, deceased, has caused these presents to
<br />be executed this 2-3 day of January 1985.
