85- 000757 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Nebraska In- <br />vestment Finance Authority, formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage <br />Finance Fund, is Plaintiff, and Larry D. Heaps and Marlene Y. <br />Heaps, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, <br />Larry D. Heaps and Marlene Y. Heaps, husband and wife, of the <br />amount due the Plaintiff on a certain mortgage executed by Larry <br />D. Heaps and Marlene Y. Heaps, to Commercial National Bank and <br />Trust Company, dated April 15, 1981, and filed in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. <br />81- 001886 of the Real Estate Records of said County, on April 15, <br />1981, and assigned to the Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, subse- <br />quently known as the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, on <br />April 15, 1981, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81- 001887 of the Real <br />Estate Mortgage Records of said county on April 15, 1981, wherein <br />Larry D. Heaps and Marlene Y. Heaps mortgaged and conveyed to <br />Plaintiff, the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The North Half (N1 /2) of Lot Seven (7), Eight (8), and <br />Nine (9), in Block Twelve (12), of Brett and Johnson's <br />Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have the .5ame de- <br />clared a lien on the interest of Larry D.
