85-. 000718 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />(Under Nebraska Trust Deeds Act) <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, All part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust <br />Deed executed by Charles E. Thompson and Patricia A. Thompson, <br />to CLAY M. ROGERS as Trustee for the benefit of AVCO FINANCIAL <br />SERVICES INTERNATIONAL, INC., the Beneficiary named therein, dated <br />August 8, 1982, and recorded in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Document No. 82 - 003352, has <br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that <br />this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed <br />by its endorsement below: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance <br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned <br />as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the <br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said <br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such <br />premises: <br />Fractional Lot 1, in Fractional Block 12, of John <br />Viogtle's addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska and its compliment to wit: Fractional <br />Lot 1 in Fractional Block 3 of Evan's addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte- <br />nances belonging to such premises. <br />DATED <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA 1 <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS 1 ss. <br />CL M. +S, <br />Trustee <br />On this day of January, 1984, before me the undersigned, a <br />Notary Puc duly commissioned and qualified for said County, <br />personally came Clay M.
