<br />WHEREAS, a Deed and Agreement was made and entered into
<br />by and between WALTER SCHIMKER and EM.ELIA SCHL%MER, his wife, and
<br />SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER. FOUR OF HALL COUNTY, recorded in Boak 64
<br />of needs at Page 571 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of December, 1926, at 3 :00
<br />P.M.S. whereby said Walter Schimmer and Emelia Schimmer, his wife,
<br />conveyed to School District Number Four of Hall County the follow -
<br />ing described premises:
<br />A strip of ground 23*5lt in width off of the east side
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWISW')
<br />of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10), worth, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
<br />the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW4SW1) of said Section Five (5) and
<br />running thence northerly along the east line of said
<br />Southwest 'luarter of the southwest ,quarter (S0i Sti ) o,
<br />said Section Five (5) to the school site owned by said
<br />School District; thence running west along the south
<br />line of said school site 2315"; thence south, parallel
<br />with the easterly line of the said Southwest quarter of

<br />an additional strip of ground for ingress to and egress from saiti
