<br />Nebraska, is the holder of a certain Mortgage on Lot Eleven (11),
<br />in Block One (1), Lake Davis Acres Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, given by Gary D. Taylor and Peggy A. Taylor, husband
<br />and wife, dated May 9, 1977, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 7707158,
<br />securing an indebtedness in the original amount of Forty -Six Thousand
<br />Three Hundred Dollars ($46,300.00), and
<br />WHEREAS, Dial Finance, now Norwest Financial, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, hereafter referred to as Norwest Financial, is the holder
<br />of a Deed of Trust on Lot Eleven (11.) in Block One (1), Lake Davis
<br />Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, given by Gary D. Taylor
<br />and Peggy A. Taylor, husband and wife, dated January 21, 1983, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 000410, securing an indebtedness in
<br />the original amount of Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Eighty -Four
<br />Dollars and Thirty -Two Cents ($1.1,484.32), and
<br />WHEREAS, Five. Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, is the
<br />holder of a certain Mortgage on Lot Eleven (11) in Block One (1),
<br />Lake Davis Acres Subdivision, flail Count },-, Nebraska, given by Garb
<br />D. Taylor and Peggy A. Taylor, husband and :ai:e, dated July 20,
<br />1984, recorded as Document No. 84- 003964 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of flail County, Nebraska, securing an indebted-
<br />ness in the original amount of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
