85-= 000493 ��,� <br />MORTGAGE <br />THIS MORTGAGE is made this 21st day of January 19 85 between the Mort, <br />cagei Milton L. Nowka and Charlene M. Nowka, husband and wife, (herein "Borrower "). and the <br />Mortgagee. NORWEST BANK HASTINGS, N.A., a national banking association of 747 North Burlington, Hastings, Nebraska M01 (herein <br />"f-ad.,. ") <br />WHEREAS. Borrower has applied to Lender for one or more loans, letters of credit or other financial accommodations and may hereafter from <br />time to time apply to Lander for additional loans, letters of credit and other financial accommodations in any amount; and <br />WHEREAS. Lander has required as a condition precedent to the continuation and/or extension of any financial accommodations to Borrower <br />that Borrower execute this Mortgage for the purpose of securing payment of any and all debts or obligations owed at any time by Borrower to Leader <br />during the term of and prior to the maturity date of this Mortgage, or any addendums continuing the effectiveness hereof, and shall further secu <br />terest on all such loans, sums, debts and obligations secured hereby, as well as advances, and interest thereon, made by Lander to further and re in- <br />re er <br />in- <br />tain the security granted hereby and to insum the performance of the covenants and agreements made by the Bortower herein: <br />NOW. THEREFORE, in the context of the foregoing preamble paragraphs, which paragraphs are by this reference specifically made a con - <br />tractual part of this Mortgage and as security to Lender for amounts (not to sxcead f 266,807.41 r of which a part is to be advanced on <br />this date and future amounts which may from time to time be advanced by Leader at subsequent dates to, or for the benefit of, Borrower including <br />any and all loam or lines of credit granted to Borrower by Lender for farming purposes whether said loans or <br />lip of credit are due in installments, periodically, on a revolving basis, or in a lump sum, and whether said loan(s) or lines) of credit results from a <br />direct disburseaaent, an overdraft, continuing commitment to loan, or any other basis, all of which indebtedness Is herein referred to as the "In- <br />debtedness".
