$5- 000392 <br />LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, is Plaintiff, and Duane <br />W. Kendall and others, are Defendants, the object and prayer of which <br />is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the amount due <br />Plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 2nd day of September, 1980, and <br />filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on the 3rd day of September, 1980, as Document No. 80- 004739, wherein <br />Duane M. Kendall and Kelly K. Kendall, mortgaged and conveyed to <br />Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The Westerly Half (W /2) of Lot Six (6), in Block <br />One Hundred Forty -two (142), of Union Pacific <br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Duane W.
