t <br />85__ 000391 <br />T TO 001I IT.ATC <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, is Plaintiff, and Steven <br />C. Prasch and others, are Defendants, the object and prayer of which <br />is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the amount due <br />Plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 7th day of April, 1980, and filed <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the <br />8th day of April, 1980, as Document No. 80- 001512, wherein Steven C. <br />Prasch and Barbara L. Prasch, mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff the <br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to -wit: <br />Lot Eighteen (18), in Block Two (2), in Dickey <br />Third Subdivision, a Resubdivision of all of Blocks <br />Two (2) and Three (30, Dickey Subdivision and all <br />of Blocks One (1) and Two (2), Dickey Second Subdi- <br />vision, of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Steven C.
