CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br />I <br />Southern Nebraska Rural Public Power District, a public cor- <br />poration and political subdivision organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of SIXTY - <br />SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY -EIGHT DOLLARS ($67,238.00) received <br />from GRANTEE, City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, conveys <br />to GRANTEE the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Section 76 -201, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land in Hall County, State of Nebraska, and <br />more fully described as a part of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW )g) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, beginning at a point in the Northwest corner of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SA) of said Section, thence East <br />for a distance of 133 feet on the North boundary of said <br />Quarter Section, thence South for a distance of 100 feet <br />parallel with the West boundary of said Section, thence <br />West for a distance of 133 feet on a line parallel with <br />the North boundary, thence North for a distance of 100 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br />1. is lawfully seised of the real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrance; <br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3.
