JACK L. HANSEN and JANICE A. HANSE.N, Husband and Wife, whether one or more,
<br />herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage
<br />dated January 8, 1982, and recorded on January 27, 1982, as Document No. 82- 000305
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of
<br />a certain mortgage note for $100,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mort-
<br />gagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon
<br />shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned real estate mortgage,
<br />modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage note dated January 8, 1982, on which a
<br />principal balance of $82,333.44 remains unpaid, will
<br />be repaid in monthly principal payments of $500.00,
<br />plus accrued interest, beginning February 1, 1985,
<br />and on the 1st day of every month until January 1,
<br />1986, at which time thc- entire unpaid principal balance
<br />and accrued interest is clue and payable in full.
<br />The interest rate will c--ontinue to float at .50
<br />over The Overland National Bank of Grand Island
<br />Reference Rate.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated January 8, 1982, shall remain the saute, and this Modification and
<br />Extension Agreement is ride a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference
<br />and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
