<br />Know all men by thew presents: That Samuel R. Pierce, Jr. , Secretary of
<br />Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., Grantor, in consideration of the sura of one dollu (31.00) and other
<br />valuable considerations in hand paid by D. L. Robertson and Connie L, Robertson, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Joint tenants, and not as tenants in cotmtton,Grantec(s) does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
<br />Grantee(s), his heirs and assigns, the following described real estate situate in the County of
<br />Hall State of Nebraska to wit:
<br />The Southerly Twenty (20) feet of Lot One Hundred Twenty -four (124) and the
<br />North Thirty (50) feet of Lot One Hundred Twenty -five (125), of Hawthorne
<br />Place to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Being the same property acquired by the Grantor pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 USC 1701
<br />et seq.) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531).
<br />Together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of the said Grantor, of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Grantee(s) and to his heirs and assigns forever; and
<br />the said Grantor does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against lawful claims and demands of all persons
<br />claiming by, through, or under him /her, and against no other claims or demands.
<br />Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, casements, conditions and rights appearing of record; and subject to any state of
<br />facts an accurate survey would show.
