<br />Bruce E. Stubben and Sharon K. Stubben, Husband & Wife (Mortgagor )
<br />of Hall County, and State of Nebraska , in consideration of the sum of

<br />Blocks 3 and 4 and the NZ of Block 5 and 6 Westerhoff's First Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS UNDERSTOOD and this mortgage shall constitute notice thereof, that this mortgage is
<br />security for not only the amount advanced concurrently with the execution hereof, but all
<br />future advances to be made at the option of the parties or their assigns up to the total
<br />amount stated in this mortgage, to the same extent as advances originally made hereunder.'
<br />This mortgage shall also constitute security for such extensions and renewals of the
<br />mortgage indebtedness secured hereby as Mortgagors and Mortgagee may agree upon.
<br />IT IS FURTHER agreed, if at any time, while the mortgage is in effect and the note for
<br />which this mortgage is given as security, or any part thereof, remains unpaid, the under-
<br />signed 1-fortgagors sell, convey or contract to sell the real estate herein described, or
<br />any part thereof, or the Mortgagors do not have or cease to have title to said real estate:
<br />or any part thereof, then and in any such events, the Mortgagee may, at its option, declat
<br />the unpaid principal balance, and interest of the note secured hereby immediately due and
<br />payable.
<br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple including all the rights of homestead and dower.
