<br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
<br />The Grantor, THE FIVE -B CORPORATION, a corporation organized
<br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the execution of a certain Compromise
<br />and Settlement Agreement dated January L2, 19 85, to which the
<br />Grantor and Grantee are parties, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the following- described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Fifteen (15) in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., excepting that portion thereof conveyed to
<br />the Grand Island Rifle Club, by Warranty Deed recorded
<br />in Book 98 at Page 255 of the Deed Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N -SNWf) of
<br />Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW;SWh)
<br />of Section Thirtv -Three (33), Township Eleven. (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except the right -of -way and a 100'
<br />strip conveyed by deed recorded in Book 106 of the Deed
<br />Records, Page 115.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />beI.onging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor, for itself and its successors and assigns, does
<br />hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors
<br />and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises;
<br />that they are free from encumbrance; that Grantor has good right
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor
<br />warrants and will defend the title to said Premises against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused these
<br />presents to be signed by its President.
