BAXTER, also known as Laverne Baxter, and SHARON <br />BAXTER, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as <br />spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, for and in <br />consideration of the issuance by the Grantee to the Grantors, <br />pursuant to section 351 of the Internal Revenue Code, of a <br />certain Promissory Note in an amount equal to the Grantors' cost <br />basis in the subect property, do grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto THE FIVF -B CORPORATION, a corporation organized <br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of <br />Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, the following- described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N�NW4) <br />of Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter (S594SA) of Section <br />Thirty -Three (33), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, except the right -of -way <br />and a 100' strip conveyed by deed recorded in <br />Book 106 of the Deed Records, Page 115. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above- described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever.
