Message Center , (the equipment) to be executed by <br />Grand Island South _Investors . as Lessee, the Undersigned does <br />(do) hereby agree as follows: <br />1) The Undersigned is (are) the Owner(s) of said real estate (designated <br />Owner(s) and /or Mortgagees) of said real estate, or have security <br />or other interests in the personal property of the Owner or Lessee <br />(designated Mortgagee(s)). <br />2) The Undersigned agree as follows: <br />(a) The equipment may be affixed to the real estate but shall <br />remain personal property notwithstanding the manner in <br />which it is so affixed, title to said equipment shall at all <br />times remain in the Lessor, its successors or assigns. <br />(b) The Undersigned claim no interest or liens in said equip- <br />ment and will claim no interest or lien of any sort in said <br />equipment and any such interests or liens which the Under- <br />signed have or may have are hereby expressly waived and <br />are subordinated to the interests of the Lessor, including <br />whatever security interest Lessor may have. <br />(c) That the Undersigned grant and convey to said Lessor, its <br />successors and assigns, any right, title and interest which <br />they have in said equipment or which might accrue to the <br />Undersigned in said equipment and agree that Lessor, or <br />its successors or assigns, may remove the equipment from <br />said real estate in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Lease without the consent of the Undersigned. Removal is <br />to be done in accordance with good workmanship standards <br />and Lessor will avoid unnecessary damage to the premises. <br />3) If there are no mortgages, deeds of trust, financing statements or <br />other documents or encumbrances which might create interests in <br />said real estate or any personal property contained thereon, the word <br />"none" shall be inserted in this paragraph and shall act as Owner's <br />warranty and representation that there are no such documents or <br />interests in the real estate or personal property; if there are mortgages, <br />such documents which might create such interests, Owner represents <br />and warrants that the following are the identities of all persons or <br />entities having such interests. <br />Dated this 2nd day of .
