$s-= 000251 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on the 14th day of January, <br />1985, Philip M. Martin, Sr. and Jeannine M. Martin, husband <br />and wife, Plaintiffs, file their petition and action in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Home Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, a savings and <br />loan association; Roger W. Luft and Donna R. Luft; Omaha <br />National Bank Grand Island, formerly Commercial Savings <br />Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, a national bank; County of <br />Hall, State of Nebraska; Hoppe Lumber Company, Inc., a <br />Nebraska corporation; Capitol Supply Company, a Nebraska <br />corporation; and Vincent L. Dowding, Attorney at Law, <br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which are to foreclose a <br />certain mortgage of $143,042.00 arising from a contract <br />between the Plaintiffs and Roger W. Luft on the following <br />described real estate, to wit: Lots Five (5) and Six (6) and <br />the West Six Feet (W 6') of Lot Seven (7), Block Twelve (12), <br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said right to foreclosure arising by <br />contract dated June 29, 1978, entered into between Defendants <br />and Plaintiff and said notice of contract being duly filed <br />for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on June 30, 1978 and duly recorded as <br />Document No. 78- 004101 on the records of the county. <br />Plaintiffs claim that there is now due $143,042.00 by <br />virtue of said contract and he prays for the sale of the real <br />estate above described to satisfy the amounts found due, plus <br />interest and costs. <br />Dated this 14th day of January, 1985. <br />LAW Offices <br />Richard L.
