<br />GRAND ISLAND SOUTH INVESTORS, a Nebraska General Partnership, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of Duc h%ec -r _.c.R. receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />underground electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through a sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement located in

<br />part of the South�t Quarter of the South® of Quarter (SSr'4,.W4) of Section
<br />Twenty Seven (27). Township Eleven (11) North. Ranee Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; the centerline of said easement being more
<br />particularly described as:
<br />Beginning at a point, four hundred seventeen and one -tenth
<br />(417.1) feet East, and three hundred ninety four and seven -
<br />tenths (394.7) feet South of the Northwest corner of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWZ,SW!z) of said
<br />Section Twenty Seven (27); thence S85035'W, a distance of
<br />one hundred (100.0) feet; thence S57047'1j, a distance of fifty
<br />(50.0) feet; thence S22037'W, a distance of fifty (50.0) teet;
<br />thence S3027'W, a distance of fifty (50.0) feet. Said tract
<br />of land containing 0.092 acres, more or less as shown on the
<br />plat dated 12/19/84, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto, and
<br />incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described tract of land for
<br />installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such utilities and
<br />appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupatio+.l, and enjoyment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including but not limited to the right to excavate and refill. ditches
<br />and trenches; to remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth,
<br />and other obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection,
<br />maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal, or operation of such
<br />utilities. No structures, buildings, fences, or other obstructions of any
<br />kind whatsoever shall be allowed in, upon, above, along, across, underneath,
