Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, <br />and is now Vice-President of Benjamin & Associates. Inc., Engineers <br />and Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that on April 24, 1984, he completed a <br />survey of Busboom Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and that the original plat of said subdivision is now recorded at <br />the Register of Deeds Office in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />3.
