Martin, husband and 'w <br />the Mort or whether one or more, in consideration of <br />THOUSAND RNE HUNDRED FOTY-FOURI AND 87/100— <br />paid by Mortgagor, the receipt ot wMen is nerevy aczUWWuA4qFW4, WW.1 -an <br />security for futiure advances that may be made from time to tivm44� <br />consideration for this mortgage, does mortgage to Norwist Bank lai <br />Island, National Association, Grand Island, Nebraska: <br />A strip of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />,Quarter and Lot Two (2) on Island, in Section Thirteen (13) <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th, <br />P.M., running with parallel sides from South to North through <br />said premises, Twenty-Six and One-Half Rods wide, bounded- <br />as follows, to-wit: On the South side by the Half Section <br />line running along the South Line of the said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, on the West side by a <br />line Twenty-Seven (27) Rods East of and parallel with the <br />West Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />and Lot Two (2) on the North side, By the North Channel <br />of the Platte River, commonly called "Wood River", and on <br />the East side by a line Twenty-Six and One-Half (20h) Rods <br />said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and <br />subject to the right-of-way over a strip of land at the <br />South end thereof, one Rod wide reserved by the said Edward <br />Baasch, AND the West Twenty-Seven (27) Rods of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWhNEh) and the West <br />Twenty-Seven (27) Rods of Lot Two (2) on Island, All being <br />in Section Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North, of <br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, <br />in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />And the mortgagor does hereby convenant with the mortgagee and with <br />mortgagee's heirs and assigns that mortgagor is lawfully seised of said <br />premises, that mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey <br />the same, and that mortgagor warrants and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real <br />property and all other taxes levied on this mortgage or the note which <br />this mortgage is given to secure before the same become delinquent. If <br />mortgagor fails to pay such taxes and assessments, mortgagee may pay <br />such taxes and the amount so advanced with interest at fourteen percent <br />par annum shall be secured by this mortgage. <br />In case of default in the payment of the principal sum or any <br />installment thereof or of any interest thereon when the same shall <br />become due or Wcase of the non-payment of any taxes or assessments, <br />mortgagee may at the option of mortgagee, without notice, at any time <br />during the continuance of such default or breach, declare the whole debt <br />secured by this mortgage to be immediately due and payable and may <br />foreclose this mortgage. <br />
