That affiant is the surviving spouse of Walter H. Stull, <br />("decedent"), who departed this iiFe on August 18, 1984, as shown <br />by the certified copy of the death certificate attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "All and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2. That on the date of death, the affiant and decedent were <br />the sole owners as joint tenants wif-r, rights of survivorship of <br />that real estate located at 2028 West IIt.h Avenue and 1127 North <br />Ruby, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lots 9 and 10 and South 6' of Lots 7 and 8, Block <br />4, Boggs and Hill Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots 13 and 15, Block 6, College Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. That by virtue of the survivorship of affiant, affiant <br />became the sole owner of the above-described property. <br />4. That this affidavit is given as evidence that pursuant <br />to Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 77-2003 (1983 SUPPI.) no inheritance <br />tax. lien arising due to the death of decedent can attach to the <br />above-described property. <br />5. -Ihat the gross estate o� decedent was Jess than that <br />amount exempt from federal estate taxes. <br />M <br />M <br />
