w- <br />100166 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />COME NOW LeROY W. MORTON and LINDA L. MORTON, each in his <br />and her own right and as the spouse of each other, as Lessees, <br />and for valuable consideration hereby conditionally assign to <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, their Lease Agreement with Kuester Lake, Inc. as <br />Lessor, and which Lease Agreement is dated January 9, 1987. <br />Such Lease Agreement pertains tothe following described premises: <br />Lot Seven (7), having a lake front footage of 86 feet, situated an <br />the East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being a <br />part of the E�SWo in Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road; <br />such lot is as shown on a plat in the possession of the Lessor <br />and as shown on survey dated June 2, 1986, and attached hereto. <br />This Assignment is given the said HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, as ?dditional security <br />for payment of the Assignors' Promissory Note in the original <br />amount of Fifty -two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($52,800.00). <br />Upon payment of said indebtedness, any rights of the Assignee, <br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />hereunder will terminate. <br />DATED this 9th day of January, 1987. <br />IeROY W.
