<br />That LeRoy W. Morton and Linda L. Morton, husband and wife, of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, Hall County, Nebraska, Debtors, for the purpose
<br />of securing the payment of $52,900.00, and at an initial rate of 8.251
<br />per annum, computed upon the unpaid principal balance, according to
<br />a bond described as follows:

<br />of $52,800.00 bearing an initial' interest rate of 8.251 per annu,
<br />computed upon the unpaid principal balance, and payable in equal
<br />monthly installments of $396.69 per month, w`iich will apply first
<br />upon interest and the balance in reduction of the principal, the
<br />first such monthly intal.lment payment payable on the first day
<br />of March, .198 ?. The interest rate will not increase or decrease
<br />more than once every 12 months, and then by no more than 2.01.
