<br />That in consideration of the sum of FIFTY TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
<br />DOLLARS ($52,800.00), use hereby sell, assign, and transfer unto HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND IOAN ASSOEIrATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, all
<br />our right, title, and interest. in and to a certain Lease Agreement
<br />.January 1st, 1987
<br />entered into on Qnc �E87 1 �] -.Q &,9 between Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor,
<br />and LeRoy W. Morton and Linda L. Dorton, Lessees, pertaining to the
<br />following described premises:
<br />Lot 7, having a rake front footage of 86 feet, situated on the
<br />East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being a part
<br />of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 in Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska a /k /a a tract of land in the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E 1'2 SW 1 /1.,) of Section 13, Township it North,
<br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.T11., Hall County, Nebraska said tract
<br />being the property occupied by the residence known as #62 Kuester's
<br />Lake, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />with reference to the Northeast corner of said E1 /2 SW1 /4, (center
<br />of said Section 13); thence running on an assumed bearing of N90
<br />deqrees 00' 00" W on the North line of said E1 /2 SW1 /4, for 699.12
<br />feet; thence 501 degree 29133" E for 277.00 feet; thence 5 14
<br />degrees 22' 39" W for 641.80 feet to the actual point of beginning;
<br />thence 504 degrees 47' 17" W for 80.00 feet; thence 587 degrees
<br />42' 29" W for 155.50 feet; thence fJ 12 degrees 34' 57" W for 83.25
<br />feet; thence N 86 degrees 30' 33" E for :80.30 feet to the point
<br />of beginning.
<br />This assignment is given to secure the payment of a bond in the
<br />sum of $52,300.00 n-F even date her Lt .1-1 hi h bond is payable $396.69
<br />per month, including interest at, n c�F -5 pkro annum, computed upon the
<br />unpaid principal balance for 360 months.
<br />This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their
<br />respective personal representatives, devisees, legatees, heirs at law
<br />and assigns.
