<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION "014ffib
<br />(TESTATE ESTATE)
<br />THIS DEED is made by Max J. Rauert, Jr., Personal Represen-
<br />tative of the estate of IRENE E. RAUFRT, Deceased, Grantor,
<br />to Max J. Rauert, Jr., a life estate in the following described
<br />real estate, and upon the death of Max J. Rauert, Jr., to the
<br />following grantees: David Rauert, Connie Lewandowski and
<br />Deborah Daffer, in equal shares, as remaindermen.
<br />WHEREAS the Last Will and Testament of Irene E. Rauert,
<br />deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative
<br />of said estate and is now qualified and acting in said capacity,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS the GrantDs are determined to be the persons en-
<br />titled to distribution of the hereinafter described real property
<br />and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantees.
<br />3OW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and
<br />releases to Grantees, the following described real property:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N�NW4);
<br />and the - North half of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (N�-iS`d NWX,) of Section
<br />Seventeen (17), in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPT those tracts of land described in
<br />Survivorship Warranty Deeds recorded as Document
<br />#78- 002889 and Document #79- 006574 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office, .fall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided one-half interest in:
<br />Lot One (i), Rauert Subdivision in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, being in the Southwest Quarter (SW;) of
<br />Section right (8), Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Hine (9) =Nest of the 6th P. M., Hall County,
<br />:Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions of
<br />record.
