OPP, <br />single, GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and <br />valuable consideration received from GRANTEES, JOHN OPP and ELAINE E. <br />OPP, husband and wife, convey to GRANTEES, as jcint tenants and not <br />as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined <br />in Neb.
