Galven, an individual, formerly doing <br />business as Jocko's Bar & Cafe, in Grand Island, Hall County <br />Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment Compensation Fund <br />of the State of Nebraska for contributions due on his <br />employment for the fourth quarter of 1985 and the first <br />and second quarters of 1986 in the sum of $151.02, and <br />interest in the sum of $15.93, with interest at the rate one <br />and one -half percent per month on the sum of $151.02, from <br />December 15, 1986. <br />By reason thereof, said Ronald E. Sorensen, <br />Commissioner of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment <br />Compensation. Fund of the state of Nebraska, hereby claims a <br />lien in the sum of $166.95, with interest at the rate of one <br />and one -half percent per month on the sum of $151.02 until <br />paid, upon any and all property, real or personal, of said <br />John R. Galven, an individual, formerly doing business as <br />Jocko's Bar & Cafe, and specifically claims a lien on the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot Two (2), in Block Thirty -one (31) in <br />Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, <br />Platted and Recorded, <br />subject only to liens of prior record pursuant to Section <br />48 -657, R.R.S.
