WOLF, Trustee, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Case No. -e <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />You are hereby notified that on January _, 1987, The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object <br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the <br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The North Half (N�) of Lot Five (5) in Block <br />Eighty -five (85), in Wheeler and Bennett's <br />Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />given by Defendants Michael C. Ball and Elizabeth R.
