<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />You are hereby notified that on January _, 1987, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the
<br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The North Half (N�) of Lot Five (5) in Block
<br />Eighty -five (85), in Wheeler and Bennett's
<br />Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Michael C. Ball and Elizabeth R. Ball, on or
<br />about July 1, 1974, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that said
<br />Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 24, 1974, in Book 166
<br />of Mortgages, at page 89.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $19,209.70, including interest computed to
<br />and including January 31, 1987, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $3.53 per diem commencing February 1, 1987, and for addi-
<br />tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisf=; the amcunts
<br />found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest, and costs.
