Mathews, being -first duly sworn on his oath, de- <br />poses and says that he resides at 2210 West Phoenix Street, in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that he is the surviving <br />spouse of Nellve M. Mathews, who died December 17, 1986, and, <br />at the time of her death was also a resident at the above address <br />in Hall County, Nebraska; that his spouse died testate, but that <br />no proceedings are pending for probate of her Will, and none is <br />contemplated; that all property in which the Decedent owned an <br />interest at the time of her death was owned by the Decedent in <br />joint tenancy with this Affiant, Howard V. Mathews, her surviving <br />spouse; that such Jointly-owned property included the following <br />real estate: <br />Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Seven (71), in Parkhill <br />Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska; and, <br />Lot One (1) , in Block Six (6) , Schi-L mer's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />that the total Gross value of all assets subject to consideration <br />for Federal Estate Tax purposes did not equal or exceed 5500,000; <br />that there is no Nebraska inheritance Tax nor Federal Estate Tax <br />due or owing herein. <br />DATED this 2nd- day of January, 1.987, <br />HOWARD?
