<br />This Deed of Trust is made this 30th day of December, 1986,
<br />by and among McCLOUD SUPER 8 MOTEL, INC., hereinafter referred to
<br />as "Trustor," whose mailing address is 2603 South Locust, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 68801; AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, herein-
<br />after referred to as "Trustee," whose mailing address is P. O.
<br />Box 790, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802; and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary,"
<br />whose mailing address is P. O. Box 1688, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68802.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants,
<br />transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power
<br />of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />following - described property, located in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot
<br />Twenty-Five (25), Matthews Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particu-
<br />larly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot
<br />Twenty-Five (25) ; thence easterly along the
<br />North line of said Lot Twenty-Five (25), a
<br />distance of Eight Hundred Twenty-Two and
<br />Forty-Eight Hundredths (822.48) feet, to the
<br />Northeast corner of said Lot Twenty-Five
<br />(25); thence southerly along the East line of
<br />said Lot Twenty-Five (25), a distance of
<br />Three Hundred Twenty-Four and Sixty-Five
<br />Hundredths (324.65) 'Feet, to the centerline
<br />of Wood River; thence deflecting right
<br />23155'50" and running southwesterly along
<br />said centerline of Wood River, a distance of
<br />Ninety-Eight and 'Four Tenths (98.4) feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 63'39810" and running
<br />westerly, a distance of Four Hundred Seventeen
<br />and Thirty-Three 'Hundredths (417.33) feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 91'53' and running
<br />northerly, a distance of One Hundred Sixty-
<br />Eight and Twenty-One Hundredths (168.21)
<br />feet; thence deflecting left 90'01'50" and
<br />running westerly, a distance of Three Hundred
<br />Sixty-One and Five Tenths (361.5) feet to the
<br />West line of said Lot Twenty-Five (25);
<br />thence northerly along the 'vest line of said
<br />Lot Twenty-Five (25), a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Sixty-Eight and Thirty-Three Hundredths
<br />(268.33) feet to the place of beginning;
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br />nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br />including all such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all. of which, includ-
<br />ing replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br />a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to 4 1
