<br />Dank a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows:
<br />Principal due and payable on October 26, 1985. Interest to be paid semi - annually commencing
<br />April 24, 1985, with a final payment on October 26, 1985.
<br />and WHEREAS, said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by
<br />Bob Itahla Mobile Home Service, Inc._ _, and legally described as follows:
<br />Lots Two (2), Three (30, and Four (4), Pepper Square Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />said mortgage /deed of trust being dated November 1, 19 84 , and recorded 86- 107443
<br />in the !Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hal I County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until December 26
<br />19 87, and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 13.00 $ per annum on the unpaid balance
<br />and said Dank has consented to so extend the time of payment:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above- described mortgage/
<br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as
<br />fo,1tgW.
<br />Principal due and payable on December 26, 1987. Interest to be paid semi- annually
<br />commencing June 26, 1987, with a final interest Dayment due on December 26, 1987.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED by and between the parties hereto that all of the terms and conditions
<br />of the mortgage /deed of trust and promissory note above - referenced to as extended and amended
<br />shall continue in full force and effect except as herein modified.
