BOEHM, husband and wife, as Trustor, <br />which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 85- 003729 of the <br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. <br />SMITH, Attorney at Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of <br />Trust on the following- described real estate: <br />Lot One (1) and the easterly Twelve (12) Feet <br />of Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block Seventeen <br />(17.) in Wasmer's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, <br />pursuant to Section 76 -1014 of the Statutes of the State of <br />Nebraska, said premises to ROBERT F.
