86-100007 <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />1. The City of Grand island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on October 7. 1965, enacted Ordinance No. 7194, which <br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the <br />manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 7194 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily Inde- <br />pendent for three successive weeks, on October 15, October 22, and <br />October 29, 1985, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943. <br />3. Nom remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty <br />days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7194. <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7194 provides that if no <br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor an3 City <br />Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantees a Special <br />Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed <br />is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City <br />Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) received from <br />Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm <br />unto <br />STEVEN RAY RERUCHA and PATRICIA L. RERUCHA, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following described real property <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Two (2), Voitle's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and the <br />easterly forty (40) feet of vacated Poplar Street <br />adjoining the westerly property line thereof, <br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises. <br />To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the <br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs, devisees, executors, adminis- <br />trators, successors, and assigns forever, so long as the Grantees <br />perform all of the covenants and obligations contained in para- <br />graoh 6 of the "Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate." <br />CID <br />J <br />L <br />NEBRASKA DOCUMENTARY <br />STAMP TAX <br />K <br />I I <br />
