<br />200802654 <br />25, 2008 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska does <br />hereby notify the above-named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was <br />granted upon the following-described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of <br />Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT 1, RIEF-STANDEVEN SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A TRACT OF LAND <br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED <br />AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2003-08995 EXCEPTING A TRACT OF LAND <br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN DEED OF CORRECTION <br />RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2003-13515 AND DEED OF <br />CORRECTION RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006-02390. <br /> <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has <br />occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the <br />payments on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on November <br />1, 2007 and thereafter, and that there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum of <br />FOUR HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND EIGHTY-FOUR AND 361100 ($404,084.36) together <br />with interest thereon from October 1, 2007, at the rate of 11.38% per annum together with <br /> <br />accruing taxes and advancements. <br /> <br />property to satisfy the aforeme <br /> <br /> <br />d to sell or cause to be sold such <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br /> <br />: ss. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS ) <br /> <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on March 27, 2008, by Thomas <br />J.
