<br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST BENEFICIAL INTEREST

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Bayview Loan Services, LLC, the
<br />party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
<br />consideration to it in hand paid by IB Property Holdings, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability
<br />Company, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
<br />assigned and transferred, and, by these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto the said IB
<br />Property Holdings, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, its successors and assigns, the
<br />beneficial interest in a certain Deed of Trust wherein lnterbay Funding, LLC is Beneficiary,
<br />Todd W. Friesen and Lori K. Friesen, Husband and Wife is Trustor and Gary D. Byrne is
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was dated January 25, 2006, and Recorded on January 31, 2006 as
<br />Instrument No. 2006-00862, of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, which Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Interbay Funding, LLC to Bayview Loan Services, LLC, A Delaware
<br />Limited Liability Company, said assignment dated August 29,2006 and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska February 26, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />0200701449 of the mortgage records of said county, and all its right, title and interest to the
<br />property therein described, as follows, to-wit:
