MILLER, single, GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />THIRTY -EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($38,500.00) received <br />from GRANTEES, GARY FALL'DORF and BARBARA FALLDORF, husband and <br />wife, convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Section 76 -201, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943) situated in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Four (4), in Arnold Place, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, <br />platted and recorded, <br />subject to covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of <br />record, visible easements, and zoning laws, rules and <br />regulations. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES as follows: <br />1. GRA_HTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real <br />estate is free of encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEES; and <br />3.
