'Poland, quitclaims to GRANTEE, as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 26; thence Westerly along the North line of said Section 26 at a distance of 520.9 feet, to the Southeasterly Right of Way line of U.S. Highway No. 30; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,939.73 feet (initial tangent of which forms an angle of 65 022122" left from said North section line) and along said Southeasterly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 30, a distance of 44.05 feet to the actual place of beginning; thence continuing Southwesterly along aforementioned curve and on said right of way line, a distance of 758.75 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; thence running Northeasterly along said Northwesterly right of way line of the U.P.R.R., a distance of 489.2 feet; thence Northerly per- pendicular to the North line of said Section 26, a distance of 373.7 feet to the South line of the public road running along the North side of this tract and thence West on said Southerly line 3.2 feet to the actual place of beginning, also described as Lot One (1), of "Stearn's Subdivision "; together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging.
