<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL PEOPLE BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust, Assignment of Rents, and Security Agreement ( "Deed of
<br />Trust ") executed by Devco Investment Corporation (hereinafter
<br />referred to individually and collectively as the "Trustor ") to
<br />First National Bank & Trust Company of Lincoln (now known as
<br />FirsTier Bank, National Association, Lincoln, Nebraska) (herein-
<br />after referred to as the "Trustee ") for the benefit of First
<br />National Bank & Trust Company of Lincoln (now known as FirsTier
<br />Bank, National Association, Lincoln, Nebraska) (hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Beneficiary "), dated October 16, 1984, and
<br />recorded October 17, 1984, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 84- 005508, as
<br />amended, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and
<br />in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only
<br />as to such premises:
<br />Condominium Units No. 201A, 402, 403,
<br />405, 502, 505, 601, 605, 702, 801, 1•001,
<br />The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium
<br />in accordance with the Declaration
<br />recorded October 17, 1984, under
<br />Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of
<br />Hall, State of Nebraska, records
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte-
<br />nances belonging to such premises.
<br />Executed and delivered this 31st day of December, 1986.
