CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED 86 107508 <br />The Grantor, HEINZMAN ENGINEERING, INC., a corporation <br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of <br />the State of Nebraska in consideration of TWO HUNDRED SEVEN- <br />TEEN THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($217,000.00) received from <br />Grantee does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />RODEO ROAD EQUIPMENT, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein <br />called the Grantee, the following described real property in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Part of a tract of land comprising a part of the East <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (EhSE;) of Section Twenty - <br />seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), <br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section <br />Twenty -seven (27), said point being Eight Hundred <br />Fifty -five (855) Feet North of the Southeast corner of <br />said Section Twenty -seven (27); thence Westerly parallel <br />to the South line of said Section Twenty -seven (27), a <br />distance of One Thousand One Hundred Forty -two and <br />Eighty -five Hundredths (1,142.85) Feet to the South- <br />easterly lot line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence <br />Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of the <br />Union Pacific Railroad, a distance of One Thousand <br />Three Hundred Thirty -eight and Ninety -one Hundredths <br />(1,338.91) Feet to the East line of said Section Twenty - <br />seven (27); thence Southerly along the East line of <br />said Section Twenty -seven (27), a distance of Six <br />Hundred Ninety and Eleven Hundredths (690.11) Feet to <br />the place of beginning and containing 9.053 acres, more <br />or less, of which .515 acres, more or less, are occupied <br />by County Road right -of -away. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors <br />and assigns forever. <br />And the Grantor for itself and its successors does <br />hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors <br />and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; <br />that they are free from encumbrance, except easements of <br />record and subject to the real estate mortgage to Small <br />Business Administration; that Grantor has good right and <br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants <br />and will defend the title to said premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons whosoever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused these <br />presents to be signed by its President. <br />Dated this day of December, 1986. <br />HEINZMAN ENGINEERING, INC. <br />By <br />Milan Ray, Presi ent <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />(ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, <br />personally came Milan Ray.
