<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That John A. Wolf, Trustee, in the exercise of the power of
<br />sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and deliver this in-
<br />denture,
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, on the 4th day of
<br />February, 1983, Bradley D. Fenster, as Trustor, executed and de-
<br />livered their Trust Deed to John A. Wolf, Attorney at Law, as
<br />Trustee, and First Savings Company, as Beneficiary, conveying the
<br />real estate hereinafter described in trust, with power of sale,
<br />in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth therein;
<br />that said Trust Deed was thereafter recorded on the 9th day of
<br />February, 1983, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as noted as Document No. 83- 000635 et seq.,
<br />and;
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustor having defaulted in the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured thereby and the Beneficiary having delivered
<br />to the Trustee a written declaration of default and having de-
<br />posited with the Trustee all promissory notes, together with No-
<br />tice of Default, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1006, Statutes of Ne-
<br />braska, on the 29th day of May, 1986, the Trustee filed a Notice
<br />of Default in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as noted as Document No. 86- 102799 which Notice fully
<br />complied with the requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Ne-
<br />braska, on the 6th day of June, 1986, the Trustee mailed, by
<br />Certified Mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of such Notice of
<br />Default with the recording date shown thereon, addressed to
<br />Bradley D. Fenster, 507 East Eleventh, Grand Island, NE 68801,
<br />being the address of the Trustor as set forth in the Trust Deed,
