<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee
<br />under a certain Deed of Trust, dated October 18, 1984, wherein
<br />TODD W. MEYER, unmarried, and MICHELLE R. DOWELL, unmarried, were
<br />the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 18, 1984,
<br />as Document No. 84- 005564, and contains as the trust property the
<br />following- described real estate:
<br />The Southerly Fifty -Six and Eight- Tenths Feet
<br />(56.8') of Lot Six (6) and the Southerly
<br />Fifty -Six and Eight- Tenths Feet (56.81) of
<br />the Westerly Ten Feet (10') of Lot Seven (7),
<br />all in Block Twenty -Nine (29), in Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br />nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br />including all such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, includ-
<br />ing replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br />a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to
<br />as the "Property ";
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason
<br />that the said Trustors have failed to make the payments of
<br />principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects
<br />to sell or cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the
<br />obligations of that certain Note dated October 18, 1984, owing
<br />from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, as assignee of Home Federal Savings and Loan Associa-
<br />tion of Grand Island, Nebraska, pursuant to the terms of the Deed
<br />of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation.
