EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREENENT 86--- 107443 <br />WHEREAS, on November 1 , 3,984 , Robert Stahla, President, Bob Stahla Mobile Home Service,Inc. <br />borrowed from Norwesi'Ba�c"8randTsIand. National ASSOCIation, now Known as Norwest Sault <br />Nebraska, National Association <br />the principal sum of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred <br />and no /100ths------------ - - - - -- DOLLARS ($9,800.00 ) at 14.00 $ per annum, and gave to said <br />Mnk a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows: <br />Principal due and payable on October 26, 1985. Interest to be paid semi - annually commencing <br />April 24, 1985, with a final payment on October 26, 1985. <br />Md. WHEREAS. said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by <br />Bob Stahla Mobile Home Service, Inc. , and legally described as follows: <br />moots Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Pepper Square Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />as Doc.
