<br />The undersigned, NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A. (formerly
<br />First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska), Successor
<br />Trustee of the JALE Trusts, under Trust Agreement dated May
<br />28, 1981, and NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A. (formerly First
<br />National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska), Successor Trustee
<br />of the ABE Trusts, under Trust Agreement dated May 28, 1981,
<br />identified as " Trustors" under a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 31, 1986, to be entered into among Trustors; NORWEST
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., "Trustee "; and FIVE POINTS BANK
<br />"Beneficiary," of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Sixty -
<br />one (61), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, hereby acknowledge that this Acknowledgment
<br />is made prior to their execution of that Deed of Trust and
<br />that they know and understand that (a) the Deed of Trust to
<br />be executed by Trustors is a Trust Deed and not a Mortgage
<br />and (b) that that power of sale provided for in the Deed of
<br />Trust provides essentially different rights and obligations
<br />to the Trustors than a Mortgage in the event of a default or
<br />breach of obligation.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this
<br />Acknowledgment on this 31st day of December, 1986.
