<br />TRUSTEE'S SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE
<br />R.D.L. TRUSTS AND SUCCESSOR CORPORATION OF FIRST NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, TRUSTEE, herein called the Grantor,
<br />for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY
<br />THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($180,000.00), received from
<br />Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., TRUSTEE OF THE ABE TRUSTS
<br />AND OF THE JALE TRUSTS, the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Sixty -one (61),
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee as Trustee and to
<br />its successor trustees and assigns forever. And Grantor as
<br />Trustee does hereby covenant with the said Grantee and with
<br />its successor trustees and assigns, that Grantor is lawfully
<br />seized of said Dremises as Trustee, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except easements of record, and that Grantor as
<br />Trustee has good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br />same; and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons based upon any act or failure to act of Grantor as
<br />Trustee. And the said Grantor as Successor Trustee of The
<br />R.D.L. Trusts hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim
<br />and interest in and to the above described premises to
<br />Grantee as Trustee of The ABE TRUSTS and The JALE TRUSTS.
