85-- 107189 <br />ice► lORTGAN 'RUM <br />THIS IMM, dated the 25th day of December 19 86 <br />amends the mortgage of even date by and between David M. Mendyk and <br />U <br />Christine J. Mendyk, husband and wife , the Mortgagor, and the <br />Mortgagee. *e follnwei <br />1. In Paragraph 1, the sentence which read@ as follows, is <br />deleted: "Priviisga is reserved to pay the debt in whole, <br />or in an amount equal to one or move monthly payments on <br />the principal that are next due on the not*, on the first <br />day of any month prior to Maturity: Provided, however, <br />That written notice of an intention to exercise such <br />privilege is given at least thirty (30) days prior to <br />prepayment." <br />2. Paragraph 1 is amended by addition of the following: <br />"Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole or in <br />part on any interest due date." <br />3. Subsection (a) of Paragraph Z is deleted. <br />4. Subsection (c) (1) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />5. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3. the words "all payments <br />made under the provisions of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof which <br />the mortgagee has not become obligated to pay to the gscrstary <br />of Housing and Urban Development and" are deleted. <br />6. The fourth sentence of Parggraph 3 is amended by insertion of <br />a period after "...then remaining unpaid under said Rote" and <br />deletion of the remainder of the sentence. <br />7. Paragraph 12 is amended by the addition of the following: <br />"This option may not be exercised when the ineligibility <br />for insurance under the National Housing Act is due to the <br />mortgagee's failure to ranit the mortgage insurance premium <br />to the department of Housing and Urban Development." <br />IN WITNgSS WitUWy, the undersigned has not <br />his hand and seal the day and year first aforesaid. <br />v yk <br />Christine J.
