REILLY, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors, do hereby grant a mortgage unto GRAND ISLAND CLINIC, INC., PROFIT SHARING PLAN AND TRUST, hereinafter called Mort- gagee, on the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska. Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 20, Township 11, Range 9, Hall County, Grand Island, Nebraska, consisting of approxi- mately 1.38 acres. This mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal sum of Fifty Thousand and No /100 ($50,000.00) Dollars, and interest thereon, according to the terms and tenor of a certain promissory note of even date executed by the Mortgagors in favor of the Mortgagee. In the event the Mortgagors default in payment of said indebtedness or any installment thereon, mortgagee at its election may declare the entire debt secured by this mortgage due at once.
