Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure <br />set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated <br />May 30, 1984, wherein JOSEPH H. STANDEVEN AND CAROL J. STANDEVEN, <br />are designated as Trustors- Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADXII is designated <br />as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />LINCOLN, a United States corporation, is designated as Beneficiary - <br />Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register <br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 30, 1984, in <br />Document No. 84- 002893. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. <br />Badami, Trustee, the power of sale over the following described <br />property: <br />The Borth Fifty (N50) feet of Lot Five (5), <br />and South Thirty (S30) feet of Lot Six (6), <br />Block Six (6), Bel -Air Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustors - Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of <br />Trust and accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly <br />installments of principal and interest of $621.00 for the months <br />of July, August, September, October, November and December, 1986, <br />as agreed upon in said promissory note. As a result of this <br />breach, said Trustee, Joseph H.
